Pricing for Personal Training Sessions 60 min workout = $95ea You can purchase a package of 4 or a package of 10 sessions. Purchase a package below at the bottom of this page OR at your first appointment with cash, check or any credit card.
Personal training with Katie is safe, effective and fun. If you have had a recent surgery, old or current injuries or limitations that you want to overcome, you have come to the right place. With over a decade of experience as an orthopedic physical therapist & personal trainer, Katie is adept at pinpointing weaknesses, imbalances and will be able to stabilize and strengthen your body without hurting you! You will feel better right away and achieve your goals of feeling GOOD safely.
Workouts are tailored for you, based on your own personal goals, using specific exercises that will help you move and function better in your daily life & recreational activities. Strength, balance, stability, flexibility, agility, proprioception and cardio are some of what you will experience in each session.
Single Sessions of personal training are not available. You may get a package of 4 sessions to learn a routine you can do on your own or most folks come to personal training to assist them with their long term goals. It will take a few sessions to get to know your strength, ability, goals and to help you start, learn and progress to your potential. There are many, many health benefits to then continuing on with your trainer + making a commitment that you will keep. You are more likely to meet your goals + new goals as they arise, evolve and change throughout the seasons + life.
Personal Training is not reimbursed by your health insurance. You may be able to use your HSA. Check with them for more information. Physical therapy in the gym is covered with a prescription from a doctor. *Please see the physical therapy tab at the top for more information and then contact your doctor for a prescription for PT. Your doctor may want to see you for an exam first.

Directions to 3775 Iris Ave: Heading East on 119/diagonal/Iris, just before the foothills exit, make a right onto 34th street. At the 4 way stop sign, make a left onto Iris Ave. Go straight and look for a large parking lot with a sign on your Left "Iris Office Park”, turn left into the first parking lot. Head to the back of the lot, past the preschool, #3775 is the beige building set back behind the trees. Once inside, go straight down to the end of the hallway on the FIRST floor to Life sport chiropractic, Suite 2A & B. Have a seat in our cozy waiting room, relax and enjoy some tea.
