The style of massage I offer is specifically deep tissue massage, trigger point release, myofascial release while offering relaxation AND a strong focus on injury rehabilitation and prevention.

My massages are unique to all my skills as a physical therapist as well as a massage therapist and are inspired by and have elements of Hawaiian Lomi-Lomi, Shiatsu and Thai massage.
You may request just a gentle and relaxing Sweedish massage as well.

How to book an appointment online (please read 1st):
  • Click your mouse nearby the services below
  • Scroll down + choose the service you'd like
  • Choose the date and time you'd like to come.
  • Enter your details, name, email and phone number - these are used to confirm and remind you of your appointment. 
  • MOST IMPORTANT PART: Scroll down inside of the small scheduling window and Click the blue button that says "book appointment". You will then receive an immediate confirmation email/text. *If you did not get the confirmation, the booking was not finalized. Please try again and be sure to scroll down and hit the blue button that says "book appointment" or give us a call.

How to view, cancel or reschedule your appointments:
*Please note the cancellation policy requires a full day (24 hours) notice to cancel an appointment. Please text or call if it is less than 24 hours from your appointment time. **You might be charged the full amount of your session if you do not show up for your appointment or cancel late.

How to get the app
  1. Open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).
  2. Search for “Square Go”.
  3. Download and open the app.
  4. Sign up or log in with the same email or mobile number you use for appointments with me.
How to find my business in the appMethod A – From my booking link (easiest):
  1. Open the email or text reminder you received from me.
  2. Tap the link or button to “Manage appointment” or “Book again”.
  3. When prompted, follow the steps to open or download the Square Go app.
  4. After you log in, my business will appear in your list of businesses automatically.
Method B – Search inside Square Go:
  1. Open the Square Go app.
  2. Go to the “Search” or “Explore” tab.
  3. Type my business name: [Your Business Name].
  4. Tap on my business and then tap “Save” or “Favorite” so it’s easy to find next time.
How to see your appointments
  1. Open the Square Go app and log in.
  2. Tap on my business ([Your Business Name]).
  3. Go to the “Appointments” or “Upcoming” section to see all future bookings.
  4. Tap any appointment to see details, cancel, or reschedule (if allowed by my policy)

After confirming your details, you must continue to scroll down in the box above this text, until you see the blue box that says "book appointment". It is not until you click that box, that your appointment will be finalized. IF you did not receive a confirmation email right away, then you did not finalize the booking and do not yet have an appointment.

 * Please note, purchasing a massage online (below) is not the same thing as scheduling an appointment (above). You will also need to schedule an appointment, above in the booking calendar (please see instructions above) OR you can call to schedule over the phone. If you did not receive a confirmation email/text, then your appointment did not book. You can call or text to schedule if you are having trouble.

You can save time by filling it out before you come OR just come 5-10 mins early + it will be provided for you to fill out before your appointment.

You do not have to pre-pay for your session, you can pay at the time of your appointment in the office.

* Involved in a motor vehicle accident?
Your massages and/or PT will be covered by your MEDPAY Auto insurance.  
You will need to fill out this MedPay form (to the right) in addition to the regular form above. Please do this before your session to ensure you have all the information needed or be sure to bring all the information with you to fill out at the time of your appointment, come 10-15 mins early to do this OR the time to fill out will be taken out of your treatment session. Thank you!
The session will not begin until this information is provided. 
**MedPay (auto insurance) covers 60 minute visits only. They will not reimburse beyond 60 mins of care per session. Please note this when booking your session.**

From the East: take diagonal to Iris exit, make your FIRST Left onto 34th St., Make your first LEFT onto Penrose Pl, Then make your first left into our parking lot. There are 3 steps to enter the building (with no handrail), PLEASE let me know in advance if I can help you up the stairs and I will wait outside for you. Suite 102 is on the FIRST floor and over to the left side of the lobby. Come inside Suite 102 and have a seat in our comfy waiting room.
