Due to high demand and time constraints I will only be working with committed, regular personal training clients from this point forward.

Pricing for Personal Training Sessions
 60 min workouts
$120 per session with a package of 10 - $1200 total

 Personal training at Boulder Higher Health is safe, effective and fun. If you have had a recent surgery, old or current injuries or limitations that you want to overcome, you have come to the right place. With over a decade of experience as an orthopedic physical therapist and personal trainer, Katie is adept at pinpointing weaknesses, imbalances and will be able to stabilize and strengthen your body without hurting you!  You will feel better right away and achieve your goals of feeling GOOD safely.

          Workouts are tailored for you, based on your own personal goals, using specific exercises that will help you move and function better in your daily life, work and recreational activities. Strength, balance, stability, flexibility, agility, proprioception and cardio are some of what you will experience in each session. 

          You may get a package of 4 sessions to learn a routine you can do on your own or most folks come to personal training regularly and consistently to assist them with their long term goals. It will take a few sessions to get to know your strength, ability, goals and to help you start, learn and progress to your potential. There are many, many health benefits to then continuing on with your trainer and making a commitment that you will keep. You are more likely to meet your goals and new goals as they arise, evolve and change throughout the seasons and throughout life.
  
Personal Training is not reimbursed by your health insurance. You may be able to use your HSA/FSA. Check with your HSA provider or your accountant for more information on that. 

​To schedule your first personal training appointment, please call 720-772-8167 or use the online calendar available under the massage tab of this website. Be sure to choose 'personal training' as the service when you book online. 
We will meet for personal training at Body Balance Strength and Wellness gym. ​

Directions: You must take Walnut headed East from 30th and pass underneath the Foothills overpass, once you go under the over pass, look for the big Yellow building on your left, go into the second parking lot entrance and go towards the back of the building, you will find Suite E there.

Directions to 3405 Penrose Place, Suite 102:
From the East: take diagonal to Iris exit, make your FIRST Left onto 34th St., Make your first LEFT onto Penrose Pl, Then make your first left into our parking lot. There are 3 steps to enter the building (with no handrail), PLEASE let me know in advance if I can help you up the stairs and I will wait outside for you. Suite 102 is on the FIRST floor and over to the left side of the lobby. Come inside and have a seat in our comfy waiting room.
